We recently were invited back to 16 Mosher St. after the second floor tenant's daughter had what appeared to be a paranormal episode where the little girl appeared to be incredibly agitiated and had fits of screaming.
The investigation took place on the second, first floors and the basement. We set up DVR Cameras in the living room and kitchen of the first floor, a camera in the basement in veiw of about 80% of the basement area and one camera in the bedroom where the young woman was murdered by her boyfriend. Nothing of note appeared on any of the DVR footage taken from the investigation.
EVP recordings were done in the basement, the first floor and on the second floor. All the recordings rendered no EVPs.
The only evidence of any haunting were the two GiP images, one of a girl and the other of a man. Both images are posted here.
The investigation gatnered no evidence of a demonic presence in the house that would have caused the episode experienced by the 2nd floor tenants little girl.
On the 2nd floor of this three family house there was a brutal murder that had happen. A pregnant women was stabbed to death by her boyfriend in 2004. Her body was found in a trash bag in the kitchen, her blood was all over the wall in her bedroom which is now the kidsroom for the current tenants.
Reports of lights going on and off, doors opening and closing and strange noises during the night up on the 2nd floor. They would hear foot steps walking up to their front door then it would open on its own, even while locked the lock would unlatch on its own. Also while in the basement we heard people walking around above us, but no one occupies the 1st floor. During the investigation the tenants on the 2nd floor told us about a death that occured on the 1st floor.
The children also have conversations with the wall in their bedroom, sometimes for hours.
