The seventh case brought the CTGHS to 63-65 Wolcott St, a three family house in Bristol. The house was constructed in 1920 and has been owned by a number of owners over the years and most recently was purchased and foreclosed by three different real estate investment organizations. In 2008 the house was purchased by Josh Levesque , CTGHS's very own PR Manager.
Recently new tenants have moved in there has been a number of paranormal experiences. The first of which occurred the first night's the tenants stayed in their new second floor apartment was a rattle on a child's toy spinning on it's own. A month or so later the tenants noticed toys from their children's room rolling out of the room into the dinning room while both children were in the living room with the tenants. Soon after one of the tenants actually witnessed a full body apparition of an entity that she calls "George". Four days after the investigation "George" made another appearance peeking out of the children's bedroom into the living room.
The Investigation:
The investigation began rather routinely. The DVR cameras were placed in the third floor, which is currently unoccupied and undergoing renovations by the current landlord. The camera was placed in the living room facing into the dinning room and the entrance. On the second floor the DVR camera was placed in the tenant's bedroom looking through the Bathroom into the children's room toward the location of apparition seen in the children's room by the tenants. The third DVR camera was placed in the attic and the fourth camera was placed in the basement.
Extensive EVP recordings and EMF readings were take through out the four floors of the building. Fifteen EVP recordings were taken from the third floor and three in basement. There were also a number of EMF spikes found on the third floor that were disproved as paranormal and were actually caused by the lights in the dinning room on the second floor. There were a number of EVP spikes found in the basement that seem to have no natural causes. The spikes also seemed to move upon command and number of orbs were seen on the DVR camera in the location were the spike were observed.
The GiP session rendered three entities, one of which appeared much like the apparition one of the tenants saw a month or so earlier. The pictures from the GiP session are posted on this site to be viewed.
All in all the evidence wasn't substantial enough for the group to consider this location haunted although the personal experiences that some of the tenants are intriguing. seventh case brought the CTGHS to 63-65 Wolcott St, a three family house in Bristol.
